Dorothée Selz photographs are placed in very special and elaborated frames.

Photos are always about women and are placed in opposing pairs.

The one on the right is a woman/myth/sexual object and on the left it’s the opposite, a “normal, very homely” woman imitating a role model.

The main idea behind is the daily transformation of women into female seducers and the use of these images of women to present all kinds of consumer goods in order to stimulate the consumer.
