The works of both painters are quite similar at a formal level. They always introduce some zoological element in their paintings. They are interested in everything living. 

Together with Marteles, Jimeno and Rallo, they form the Grupo Forma, which calls itself “Centro de Investigación de arte y zoología” (Art and Zoology Research Center), always dealing with a nature theme.
