“The snack you can eat while surfing the net. The set of techno-tapas I have designed to fit the most extraordinary situations of modern life. You can eat Techno-tapas underwater, or riding a motorcycle, or at design openings. SPAMT is also ideal for city demonstrations and Internet surfing.”
In Techno-Tapes SPAMT BAR, he presents his everyday and prepared food objects. He attacks normalistic thinking and instructions for use in relation to objects. The traditional use of objects is the starting point of his reflection and critique. His objects are reduced to the essential, and metaphorically speaking contain a closed system.
Martí Guixé works in the world of design, both industrial and interior. He has collaborated with companies such as: Fernando Salas Studio, Benedito Design and designers such as Javier Mariscal. He has also worked for some years as an interior designer in Berlin, and as a design consultant at the Korean Institute of Industrial Design Promotion in Korea. Among others he won the INFAD medal for interior design in 1985.
With the collaboration of H2O Gallery.
