Pati Núñez, graphic designer fully linked to Vinçon’s graphics and communication, explains the approach of this exhibition:

“In my work I spend the day making decisions for others, the practice and the trade make it easy for me to choose how the things I am commissioned to do should be. However, when it comes to personal decisions many doubts arise, in fact I was anxious about the idea of mounting this exhibition.

Exhibiting is like saying: come and see how well I do it! And this attitude is far from my intention, since it always seems to me that I haven’t achieved anything really good yet.

It’s the year of design and Vinçon has been encouraging me for a long time to do an exhibition at La Sala. I have taken it as an examination of conscience, a sincere review of past and present, choosing only a few works, those of which there is something to tell.

I have divided the discourse into three volumes: Identity, Product and A History. In the first two are my most recent works. In the third, a summary of my history and various personal themes that occupy my life and define the exercise of my profession”.
